Our multi-variable wall design is now CNC-machined to the most aggressive tolerances we've ever held in production — precisely varying thickness across the barrel profile to optimize flex where it counts and reinforcement where it's needed. Every thousandth of an inch in a barrel wall changes how it loads and rebounds on contact. Holding that thickness to a tighter standard than previous forming methods places flex exactly where it should be and reinforcement exactly where it's needed. The more aggressive the tolerance, the more consistently the barrel performs to its true engineered limit — a barrel that hits its ceiling on every swing, for an expanded sweet spot and more forgiving performance on off-center hits.
