Hit After Hit will never sell, give, trade, offer or otherwise exchange our customer base with other companies. As our customer, Hit After Hit respects your rights to privacy and will only utilize your name, mailing address(es), phone numbers, email address or other personal information for the purpose of conducting business directly with you and ONLY with you. Opt out information will be provided on any communication you receive from Hit After Hit with the exception of invoices and order tracking information.


Hit After Hit fulfills orders to ship to most addresses in the USA Domestic lower 48 states.  HAH does not ship internationally and we will not ship to freight forwarding companies due to the high frequency of credit fraud. We strive to ship all orders the same day they are received and all orders are shipped no later than the next business day. Hit After Hit is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, Fed Ex or other carriers.

Because of rising fuel costs, individual carriers shipping charges will vary depending on the size and weight of the products you are ordering. Second day air, overnight, and overnight saver charges will be additional.


Special order merchandise is not cancelable and non-returnable once the order has been processed. Stock equipment orders can be canceled if the order has not been shipped, however, orders are continuously processed and may not be cancelable past the conclusion of your call/mouse click . Call Customer Service at (615) 399-2287 if you wish to cancel a pending order. 


Hit After Hit will accept the return of any unused, stock product for 30 days at full purchase price, excluding closeouts and discontinued items. ALL RETURNED GOODS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER regardless of the reason for the return and the customer is responsible for all shipping cost. Please call Customer Service at (615) 399-2287 for an RA Number. All defective items, not falling under the manufacturer returns policies listed above will also be returned to Hit After Hit.

Hit After Hit is not responsible for the shipping charges of returned items.  In addition, if the item you are returning was on an order that qualified for free shipping because the order total met a certain amount and the return of this item brings your order total below that amount, the original amount of shipping, that was paid for by Hit After Hit, will be deducted from your refund amount.

No product is sold on a trial basis unless expressly stated in writing on the invoice at the time of sale. Defective items will be exchanged for a replacement item. All returned product must be in new and re-sellable condition as determined by Hit After Hit and in which it is received from the manufacturer. Hitting one ball with a new bat or playing catch for a minute with a new glove renders the bat and glove used merchandise.

Special Order or custom goods are not returnable unless defective, in which case, they will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Hit After Hit. Special Orders may not be canceled once the customer makes the order.


Hit After Hit accepts MasterCardVisa and American Express. In order to prevent credit card fraud, all credit card orders will have their billing address verified before shipping. Hit After Hit is not responsible for delays caused by authorization declines or by the address verification process. If an address cannot be verified, we will make reasonable attempts to contact your bank by phone in order to receive an authorization, which, in the rare case this happens, could delay your order a day. Please be prepared to provide the correct billing address for the credit card that you intend to use, which may be different than the address where you will have the merchandise shipped, at the time you place the order.


All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with manufacturer’s warranties and not against misuse, mishandling, or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired. Please note that some manufacturers require that defective merchandise be returned to them for inspection or repair, which may require additional processing time. Defective products will only be replaced with the same stock number, color and size. No refunds or exchanges for other merchandise will be made on defective products.

All warranty periods begin with the date that the original item is shipped. Warranties extend from the original date of purchase and NOT from the date of replacement. All companies require a Return Authorization.


It is the responsibility of the consumer to know the legality of a product’s use in the leagues in which he/she plays. Hit After Hit sells products produced by well known manufacturers, all of which are legal in some areas but not necessarily in your area. Hit After Hit will not replace or refund any part of the price for any product that has been used because it is not legal within your circle of play. Hit After Hit is not responsible for the interpretations by your league / organization. Before you use it, make sure it is legal for use in your specific league.
