I ordered gear from their online website and it arrived in 3 days going half way across the country. They have a lot of gear to choose from and it arrives quicker than other sport websites.

A true small business providing great customer service. I sent an email to their general info email box, and the Owner called me within minutes to confirm what I was needing and how he could best help me. I'm glad I chose to purchase from this company instead of a big box store.

I could have easily given this place 5 stars SIMPLY! But, the dude about ran over me (while kneeling) and MORE SO my 4ylo son w/o even saying "excuse me," "my bad," or "hello." Very, very clean and well put together store-this is your go-to spot for medium to high-end "BALLING" families-and MAJOR sports, baseball, and men's/women's softball, hard-core enthusiasts! The SPORTS professionals MUST check it! Gloves AND batting cages are just a TAD OVERPRICED 🤬 but worth every penny for the selection if you're shopping for presents with the love of giving. I'll be back sometime for sure, just not sure how long since the lady at the counter seemed as if I was bothering her by asking simple questions and just trying to have a human to human experience. They must not be from here...OR forgot the southern hospitality that day. You'll like it, though.

I ordered a couple pair of New Balance shoes that were hard to find. i was a little wary not knowing much about the company but I have to say I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. Ordered the shoes around 6am. By 9am I had an email that said they were shipped. Two days later they were delivered. Great purchase and customer service. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Hit After Hit since my boys were 8 and 6 years old (they’re now 17 and 15). Lem and David do a GREAT job. We’ve done lessons with several instructors, used the cages many nights, and bought all of our gear at HAH. Most recently, Lem helped me out with my youngest son’s catcher’s mitt which we were having a hard time breaking in to the point of being game ready. If you have baseball or softball questions or need help, this is your place. The team has been involved in the Nashville baseball scene for years. Thanks, Lem!

My daughter plays high school softball, and we have been coming to Hit after Hit for about two years now. The store is extremely well stocked with just about anything you may need, and we personally have purchased catching gear, softball pants, gloves, top-of-the line bats, and many other miscellaneous things. They have a great selection of cute shirts and hoodies and a ton of baseball hats from every team in the league too. One of the main reasons we come here several times a month is for the fast-pitch softball batting cage. My daughter has a private coach, and this particular cage has worked great for us because it has walls on all sides and the noise is low and works well for the one-on-one coaching sessions. Some cages are so loud understandability that it makes it difficult to hear a coach, but this set up has worked particularly well for our needs. The staff has really been great to us, and we love the facility.

I am so appreciative of Hit after Hit getting me a vary hard to find BBCOR Bat. I live in Pennsylvania and purchased the wrong bat for my son a month ago (I bough -18, needed to be -3). As all of us sports parents know, if you don't buy early, you have little chance of finding what you need!! In any case, I searched and searched online and couldn't find the bat that my son wanted and also swung last month (DeMarini "The Goods"). Found it at Hit after Hit and ordered it at 4pm needing it for practice the next day. I got it at 9am and my son could not have been happier!!! Thanks for everything!!!!

If you need anything involving baseball, you'll definitely want to visit here. They have a huge selection of gloves, uniforms, shoes, equipment, etc. Their prices are comparable to everywhere else. Its a little off the beaten path but worth the visit.

The customer service at Hit After Hit was top notch, one the best buying experiences ever for a large purchase ($250+). They answered all of my crazy questions before I bought the bat. And the prices are probably the best on the internet. I got this bat for my daughter $150 cheaper than anywhere else- and in the color and drop weight I had been searching for. The bat arrived brand new, in official Louisville Slugger packaging with the warranty. I’ve bought a few bats in my time and now I know there is only one store I will ever buy from again. I highly, highly recommend Hit After Hit. The price, the speed of shipping, the customer service were all top notch. I do PR/Marketing for a living. If the experience at Hit After Hit wasn’t as I described, I’d say so. I’d want to protect another consumer. You have nothing to fear here with Hit After Hit. A+++++
